Justin Devonshire is a classic example of what an entrepreneur is. He started out working in gyms where he felt underappreciated, overworked, and underpaid. With this humble beginning and skillset, he decided to go out and do things on his own. He built several kinds of businesses, destroyed them, and rebuilt them again.
8 years later, he reached the peak of success by way of building gyms in different countries such as in Cyprus and Romania. Instead of working in fitness businesses, he is now working on them. Together with his team, he is coaching other fitness business owners who want to grow their business to achieve the same success he worked hard to achieve.
On today’s episode, Justin reveals how to mess up your business and how to immediately bounce back from it. He shares his system and processes that he recommends to fitness business start-ups.
“When you’re not getting challenged, you’re not gonna be passionate about a thing.” – Justin Devonshire
