Chris Burgess is a certified personal trainer. He is the owner of Lift The Bar, a company that aims to help increase the awareness and appreciation of Personal Training as a profession. His company has 2 main goals, One of which is to offer a personal trainer education program with short online mini courses, in person workshops, and webinars. The other aspect is their gym, which is located in Paulton England.
On today’s episode, Chris will share some marketing strategies on how to effectively get connected to your audience and how to keep them engaged with your adverts. He will also be sharing some nuggets about his company, Lift The Bar.
