Ben Coomber is the host of one of the top podcasts in the UK for Health & Fitness, the Ben Coomber Radio. He started in the fitness industry as a personal trainer resulting from his personal journey, overcoming obesity and health challenges in his younger years.
It made him face struggles and gave him the key to unlock doors to personal transformation — weight loss and training. Initially, he started out training himself to be better and then he decided to get some work experience.
He was offered a job by his buddy, and he went to a university to study Sports Performance and Coaching where he coached kids at school and professional athletes and worked part-time at Fitness First as a personal trainer. In 2009, he started his own online coaching company and the rest, as they say, is history
